Pierre Ciret is Research Engineer in the CNRS, in the field of electronic applied to biology. He is working at the Marine Biological Station in Arcachon. He is a member of the team Aquatic Ecotoxicology headed by JC Massabuau (one of the 7 team of the Laboratory EPOC, Environnement et Paléoenvironnements Océaniques et Continentaux, UMR CNRS 5805). He is basically an electronician who has been working on expert system based both on electronics and informatics. He successfully developed numerous machines for the electrophysiology. He has extra competence in sound and image recordings, always at the frontier between biology and electronics.
