Gilles Durrieu is Professor of Applied Statistics at the Université de Bretagne Sud. He was Assistant Professor in Statistics at the Université Bordeaux 1 from 1999-2009 where he was working in the team headed by JC Massabuau. He is now a member of the LMBA, laboratoire de Mathématiques de Bretagne Atlantique where he is heading the team, Dynamic Systems, Probability and Statistics. He is Director of the department Mathematic, Informatic and Statistics at the Université de Bretagne Sud. He is in charge of the Master Statistical Modelization and Support Application. He is the main author of most of the equation and codes which are used today in HFNI valvometry. Mohamedou SOW, who is in charge of the mathematical aspects of the MolluSCAN Eye project is one of his former student.
